Application:
The hydraulic aluminum alloy lift platform is a very flexible machine. Single man can control it easily. It is widely use in workshop, building site hotel,airport, station,dock stadium,shopping malls, factory and so on,for aerial work such as installation, repairing and cleaning etc.
Instructions
A. To provide good support for the four legs of platform before using.
B. Power-on, operating the elevator button above the electric control box to make the platform up
and down
C. Operating the up button to raise the lift platform. (the motor rotation is reversed when the platform
is not raised, just swap the connection sequence of power cable, the motor can forward.)
D. It has a remote control button above the platform, standing on the platform also can make it up
and down.
E. The platform is equipped with an emergency lowering valve, which is used for the emergency
lowering operation with power failure. The platform can down slowly when loose the drop handle by hand
counterclockwise. The platform will stopped declining after tighten clockwise the drop handle.
Safety precautions:
A. Explosion-proof valves: protect hydraulic pipe, anti-hydraulic pipe rupture.
B. Spillover valve: It can prevent high pressure when the machine moves up. Adjust the pressure.
C. Emergency decline valve: it can go down when you meet an emergency.
